In this process, which lasts between 8-12 days, the dosage of the medicine may vary depending on the age and weight of the person. All the details about the medication and the dosage are based on the steps, duration of the treatment, and the specific needs of the patient. The process of collecting eggs, which is done under general anesthesia, is the third step. During the process of collecting eggs, sperm is taken from the male. Before this process, sexual abstinence for 3-4 days is recommended for the male. After the collection of the sperm and eggs, the fertilization process begins. Eggs and sperm are combined in the laboratory depending on the preference of the traditional IVF or microinjection method.
